1 Technical description

2. Places for approaching land.

a) Maxime lenght per site : 220,00 meters.

b) Máxima total front leght on both sites : 260,00 metros.

c) Orientation : to 011°.

d) Maxime space : Place N° 1 : 9,26 meters.: Place N° 2 : 9,37 meters.

e) T.R.G. : Depending on maxime space.

f) Particular Conditions of place operation : None.

3. Specific conditions of operation in the port or in the terminal.

a) Approaching land, departure, fond: Normal time for the maneuver 1 hour, obligatory use trailer and practice, the maneuvers can be done during day and nigth. For the tighting and untighting maneuvers, 1 bote for tighten will de useful in case of transference support.

b)For minor ships of 180,000meters of eslore must operate with 1 trailer of 1.500HP
of minimum power.

c) For mayor ships of 180,00meters of eslore must operate with 1 trailer of 2.500HP of minimum power.

d) Approachung land bands : Starboard, until the neccesary file lines are ready and authorized to arrive in the band of port.

e) Simultaneos maneuvers for on boarding: limited for trailer use.

f) Maneuvers of lining : not allowed in the port.

g) The ship must have 2 anchors on opèrative conditions with 10 tray of chains each one. It required a proa 6 manila spy or nylon of 200 meters each fonded with prow to the south. The diameter or the spy menas must be in order to the ship size.

h) The ships must consider the scale cat intallation for practices, and a real scale(in perfect combination with the cat)for authorities , both are install for the sotavento band on and in good shape.

i) The people in charge recibing and sending spy must do this proving it before to use good shape safe wear.

j) The botes operating for transference of practices or support on tighten work must have a VHF comunication equipment with 06,08,12,14 and 16 channels.

k) While the fuel transport works are done or dangerous stuff ,it will be strictly prohibited work on hot temperatures.

4. Operation Limits.

a) Daily and nigth maneuvers:24 hours. For nigth maneuvers all the line files must be on operation.

b) Maxime wind power allowed: Not more than 0,7meters per second (13,6 nudes).

c) Current limitations: Not more than 0,5 nudes.

d) Rain limitations:depending on the load type.

e) Visuality limitations: over 1,3 nautic miles.
