The
Port owned the sorrounded Areas in the Port Building,
as well the following areas until Changa beach, where
it was developèd a plan oriented to the area with
a Entertaiment Touristical target.
About
the Entertainment Touristical Areas (TR), there is a Master
plan, developed with Coquimbo Municipality it is introduced
for development with private inversion, from a fishing
port, a navy, a parking, touristical boats and an hotel
in the Sea shore.
